Stress Mastery: Practices for Relaxation and Transformation

Stress is a normal part of living. Our bodies are wonderfully designed to respond to acute situations with the stress response. However, when that stress response becomes a chronic condition, it is no longer useful and can in fact, be harmful to us, impacting health and affecting work performance and relationships.

Sandi offers one on one sessions designed to teach her clients relaxation skills tailored to their individual needs. The focus of these sessions is to learn how to control reactions to the stress of life so that it does not create the same consequences.
