Mind-Body Psychotherapy

Sandi Anders, M.Div., offers a spirit-based, supportive therapy process for those who desire healing, self-understanding and peace. An environment of safety and understanding is provided where clients may learn self-acceptance and develop skills to lead more healthful lives.

She uses meditation, guided imagery and relaxation therapy to help clients reduce the impact of stress in their lives.

In addition, she has extensive training in positive approaches to sexuality and in marital-sexual therapy.
