Guided Meditation CDs
When you use Guided Meditation to relax, you allow your imagination to lead you into a relaxed, centered state. An instructor, CDs, or scripts can make it easier for you to move through this practice. Guided Meditation draws on the fact that your mind and body are connected. So when you use your imaginal senses, your body seems to react as though what you are imagining is real.
