One of the ways that I learn best is through audio instruction - I have relized more and more that I am an auditory learner! I have listed some of my favorites here for you to consider. These are easy and effective audio learning packages on relaxation, relaxation techniques, stress management, healthy sleep and mindfulness. There are also some very effective meditation practice CDs as well.
