Music for Relaxation and Yoga

Music can be a superb remedy to help you let go of stress and relax more deeply.  When you listen to relaxing kinds of music over a period of time, your body often responds with a decrease in heart rate and blood pressure, a reduction of muscular tension, a lessening of anxiety levels, and a deepening of the relaxation response. 

I have often been asked after an individual yoga session or yoga class about the music that was playing. Music adds beauty and tranquility to your yoga practice. I am including the most asked-after music among those attending individual or group sessions with me.
